How do I become a patient at Paleczny Orthodontics?
Our team at Paleczny Orthodontics loves welcoming new people to our orthodontic family! No referral is necessary. Feel free to contact us any time, and we can set up an initial consultation to get you started.
That being said, we'd be happy to accept a referral! Your family dentist can help with a recommendation and with more information about your general dental health background. -

How much does an initial exam cost?
The initial exam fee is $50. Contact us today to request a consultation.

What will happen during my first appointment?
Your initial consultation will give you the opportunity to meet our team, learn more about orthodontics, receive a complete initial exam, and find out which treatment options will best meet your needs.
During your initial consultation, we will:
- Review your dental and medical history
- Provide a complete oral examination, with X-rays, to determine whether treatment is necessary
- Work with you to create a customized treatment plan that meets your needs
- Discuss all financial information, insurance options, and payment plans
Our team will be glad to answer any questions you may have, and we will provide all of the information that you need to determine which treatment is right for you.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We never want finances to stand in the way of receiving essential healthcare.
To help make orthodontic care more affordable for everyone in our community, we are happy to work with our clients to create individualized payment plans.

Can you help me with my insurance?
We are happy to teach patients how to submit insurance claims for their monthly payments, and we're always readily available for support.
We can also apply for coverage and direct bill for children in care, children with FNHA coverage, patients with cleft palates or other craniofacial disorders, and children covered by the At Home Program.
For the Indigenous community, we are happy to help with submissions to the Department of Indigenous Affairs and Jordan's Principle.

*We accept credit cards for the Initial Investment/Deposit, but only preauthorized debit for monthly payments.
