Meet Our Orthodontic Team

You can find me in our front office, where I answer questions in person and over the phone, schedule appointments, and accept payments.

I really appreciate how my team members so generously share their knowledge of the orthodontic field so I can enjoy learning something new all the time. Dr. Paleczny and our team are not only passionate about their craft, but they genuinely care for our patients and their families. It is a joy, both professionally and personally, to work with such a supportive staff.

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love coming into the Practice and catching up with the people in this fantastic community!

I have been with this office for more than 20 years, and have worked one-on-one with patients for the entire time.

I enjoy all the aspects of being a part of Dr. Paleczny’s team.  It is very rewarding to help bring great smiles and confidence to our patients.

My favourite part of my work is sharing in the excitement of our patients, their families, and their friends when braces are removed to reveal a wonderful new smile.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending my leisure time at home with my family. We love being outdoors, walking trails, and watching nature.

I am here to guide and support patients on their journey to their best possible smile! Most of the time, that means teaching proper hygiene with braces and appliances and performing adjustments. It is so rewarding to see the beautiful, happy, and healthy smiles of patients at the end of their treatment.

Our office is full of great people, all working towards the same goal: serving our patients the best we can!

I have always loved the North Bay area and am happy to be raising my family here. My family and I enjoy the great outdoors and all it has to offer.

I work with our patients while they’re in treatment to adjust wires and bands, and advise and instruct patients on oral hygiene and proper maintenance of braces.

One of the highlights of my job is removing the braces and witnessing peoples’ reactions as they discover their new smile for the first time.

Our team is made up of a genuinely good bunch of people. Everyone respects everybody, and laughter is easy!

I love my wife, Chantal, my career, fishing, camping, and travelling. I also enjoy playing video games. Life is good!
